Certifications ...
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through ISSA (International Sports and Science Association) and in the future look to get my certification as a nutritionist as well. Although I am a CPT, I am not a registered dietician or nutritionist so remember to consult your physician before starting any kind of exercise program! Also, I am currently studying towards my certificate in massage therapy at the National Massage Therapy Institute (NMTI)

My objective is to help people reach their greatest potential, both physically and mentally.
I do this with specific diet & training catered to the individual with persistence and dedication which is second to none. I believe anything can be achieved if the mind is focused and determined and I also believe it is important to practice what you preach when it comes to fitness & health.
Background ...
I have always lifted weights, but did not actually join the fitness community until about my junior year of college. I entered and won the teen bodybuilder of the week contest around 2003-2004, and soon after I found myself getting ready for my first bodybuilding show. Soon after, in 2008 I found myself to be at my heaviest weight ever-245 lbs.
It was time for a change! I dieted for about 5 months and came down to 205lbs which is where I sit today, at around 5% bodyfat. Furthermore, since 2006-2007 I have competed in about 5 bodybuilding shows, 2 fitness model competitions and have gotten signed non-exclusively with Silver Model Management in NYC and also Premier Agency LLC in Nashville, TN. In addition, I have done runway work and have appeared in a five page Exercise for Men Only magazine spread May of 2009.
Over the years, I have tried different training methods, diets, etc and am able to adapt each one to suit every individual. I have learned that you do not have to “blow up” or “bulk” to put on lean muscle mass, and you also do not have to “starve” yourself to lose those last ten pounds. I believe in the “everything in moderation” approach, and I promise if you stick to my plans you will not be disappointed!
